  • You will be responsible for payment of all fees for Services performed up to the date of termination.
  • We will return all original documents provided by you.

The provisions of these Terms relating to payment obligations, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

9. Changes to Terms
